Middle School Information

This page is for students who will be entering the sixth grade

- Students entering middle school (sixth grade) will have their schedules auto-selected by the middle school. The schedules are reviewed by middle school administrators and staff of the student's current elementary school.
- Sixth grade students will only be able to select the following connection courses: Band or Chorus.
- All other connections are auto-selected to give students a sampling of different academic avenues available to them throughout the remainder of their JCSS academic career.
Time Frame
- The course requests will be reviewed by elementary school staff during that time, and families will be notified of their upcoming middle school course recommendations in Spring.
